Crabb Legs is a hill workout, pure and simple. We head over to the Rollingwood neighborhood and run the climbs on repeat — up hard, float down easy, and back up again until the legs are good and cooked.

Hills are honest. There's nowhere to hide on a climb and no need to stare at a watch — gravity sets the effort. Attack the up, recover on the down, and let the grade do the work of making you stronger.

Named for RAW OG Kevin Crabb — hence 'Crabb Legs' — and also known simply as Rollingwood Hills. Bring your climbing legs and leave your ego back in the parking lot.
