Zilker Fartlek
FartlekWarm up over to Zilker, then play with speed — alternating hard surges and float recoveries through the park's open paths.
The Scotty
RelayGrab a partner and trade laps around Pease Park — one of you goes HAF while the other recovers, tagging off in teams of two until the work is done.
Crabb Legs
HillsA grind through the Rollingwood hills — attack the climbs on repeat until the legs are cooked. Also known as Rollingwood Hills.
South 1st / Lamar Loops
LoopsLoops along the Lady Bird Lake trail — run hard on the trail, jog the bridges to recover, and repeat for 4–5 laps.
The Fuck It
TrailThe day the track was locked, so we said "fuck it" and made up a workout on the trail. This is what came of it.
Woodmont Relays
RelayA partner relay on Woodmont — one of you goes HAF while the other recovers, trading off 4–5 times depending on the season.
The Deibel
LoopsHAF loops with a group reset — run a hard loop, recover together for 3–4 minutes, then send it again.
Rainbow Bend Loops
LoopsA RAW OG throwback — loop the Rainbow Bend stretch through Pease Park, going HAF for 4–5 laps.
The Dyson
LadderA street ladder through Bouldin — go HAF on the long east/west streets, recover on the shorter north/south connectors, and cover as much ground as you can out and back.
Zilker Mile Repeats
Mile RepeatsA winter-only tradition — 4–5 mile repeats around the empty Barton Springs Pool parking lot, going HAF on each one.
RAW 400s
TrackPartner 400s on the track — rest while your teammate runs, then send your rep. 8–12 per team.
