RAW 400s are classic track work with a team twist. We pair up in teams of two and trade 400s — while your partner is flying around the oval, you're resting, then it's your turn. Each team knocks out somewhere between 8 and 12 reps.

The relay format keeps the quality high: short rest, full send. Because your partner's effort is your recovery, every 400 gets run honest — no jogging it in. It's fast, competitive, and over before you know it.

Head to the track, grab a partner (or we'll set you up), and go HAF on every rep. Leave your ego in the parking lot and let it rip.
