Jog the 1.3 mi from MEAN EYED CAT over to Pemberton Heights — that's your warm-up. Easy, conversational minutes to shake the legs loose before the work starts.
The Deibel is a loop workout with a group heartbeat. You run a loop HAF, then the whole crew regroups and recovers together for 3–4 minutes before sending the next one. We start and stop as a group at the end of every loop, so nobody gets left behind.

The shared rest is the secret sauce — it keeps the crew together and every loop honest. Run hard, recover together, repeat. Simple, brutal, effective.
The origin: two RAW OGs, Paras Shah and Bryan Deibel, were out on a run hunting for a new workout and cooked this one up. Paras didn't want everyone to hate him if it turned out brutal — so we named it after Deibel instead.
No dues. No excuses. Just show up and go HAF.
