The Dyson
A street ladder through Bouldin — go HAF on the long east/west streets, recover on the shorter north/south connectors, and cover as much ground as you can out and back.

Jog the 1.61 mi from MEAN EYED CAT over to Bouldin — that's your warm-up. Easy, conversational minutes to shake the legs loose before the work starts.
The Dyson takes RAW back to its roots in the Bouldin neighborhood. It's a ladder run on the streets: you go HAF on the long east/west streets, then recover on the shorter north/south streets that connect them — just keep covering ground, as many streets as you can fit in the time.

The format is simple and savage. You run out for about 17 minutes, then turn around and run back for about 17 minutes — hard on the east/west blocks, easy on the north/south connectors, seeing how much of Bouldin you can rack up before the clock runs out.
Named for RAW OG William Dyson — the self-proclaimed (and widely accepted) fastest big guy in RAW history — who dreamed it up to bring the crew back to the neighborhood where it all started. Go HAF and leave your ego in the parking lot.
No dues. No excuses. Just show up and go HAF.
