The Fuck It was born out of necessity. One Tuesday we rolled up to the track to knock out a workout and found the gates locked. Rather than call it, someone said “fuck it” — and we made up a session on the Lady Bird Lake trail right there on the spot.

The Fuck It was born out of necessity. One Tuesday we rolled up to the track to knock out a workout and found the gates locked. Rather than call it, someone said “fuck it” — and we made up a session on the Lady Bird Lake trail right there on the spot.

What started as a backup plan turned into a RAW staple. It's proof that the workout doesn't make the crew — the crew makes the workout. No track, no problem: pick a landmark, send it, float the recovery, and go again.

Run it by feel, push the hard stretches and ease the easy ones. The only rule is the same as always — leave your ego in the parking lot and empty the tank.
