Timing is everything: we only run this in the winter, when the lot is empty of cars and we've got the whole place to ourselves. Pick your mile, hammer it, jog the recovery, and line back up for the next.
It's about as honest as a workout gets — same loop, same distance, just you against the clock with the crew pulling alongside. We meet at the Zilker Eagle by the front entrance to Barton Springs Pool. Go HAF and leave your ego in the parking lot (literally).
